Return Policy

There is a 10 day return policy on all items with the following conditions:

Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.

Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.

No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.

We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.

We generally do not charge a restocking fee, however, to protect us against abuse of this policy, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) at our discretion.

Return Procedure: The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
Contact customer service via email and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you receive your RMA number, ship the item back and include the RMA number and a copy of the invoice which was received with the product(s). To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
