Ordering Procedure: Can I place my order by phone, fax or email? We require that you place your order through our web site so that the chances of any order entry errors are minimized (if you've ever waited for an order and then received the wrong item you can appreciate this). Our web site is very easy to use and you can place orders in less than half the time it would take to fill out and fax in an order form.

Order Tracking: Can I track my orders that I place with you?
We have the most detailed order history of any website out there. Within 24-48 hours of when your order is shipped you can right online by checking Order Status when you Sign-In. There is no 5-10 day wait like you might experience elsewhere.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover Card. You can also send your payment by mail with a copy of your order and you can pay by check or money order. PayPal is also accepted by selecting PayPal payments during checkout.

Privacy Policy
We have a policy to maintain the privacy and security of our customers and their personal information. We do not and will not sell, release or give away our customers information. This includes name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information and purchases made. We only use personal information from our customers to complete the transaction and to verify the validity of the purchase and associated credit card charges being made. We may, from time to time, use customer information for marketing purposes to notify customers of special sales or promotions.

This site runs on a secure server and has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We guarantee that we will do all in our power to protect and guard the privacy of our customers and their personal information. We also guarantee that we will never sell or release our customer's information of any kind.

Return Policy: There is a 10 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
  • Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.
  • We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
  • We generally do not charge a restocking fee, however, to protect us against abuse of this policy, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) at our discretion.


  • Return Procedure: The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
    Contact customer service via email and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you receive your RMA number, ship the item back and include the RMA number and a copy of the invoice which was received with the product(s). To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
